i manage a food pantry program. When we have community correction folk do volunteer work in our pantry, we keep a log of hours. When a PO asked, I would put the hours confirmation on letterhead and contact email and phone number and either email or snail mail a copy. This doesn't pass the smell test. When that fails, here comes the next step,,, crocodile tears and in the case, 'my child;.

I didn't, but my kids prepared notes from me excusing them from school. I'm amazed that they turned out well, and NOW they're telling me all this stuff. Ugh.
