Grazie a voi abbiamo risolto il mistero!
L'indirizzo scritto a mano è VIA SOLFERINO 50, Milano.

Thanks to you we solved the mystery!
The handwritten address is VIA SOLFERINO 50, Milan.

And here's the best part: just a few steps away, at number 28, is the historic headquarters of Corriere della Sera since 1904. Who knows how many letters and stories this desk has seen...

Aesthetically, this was one of the most pleasing restorations I have seen. The ugly duckling didn't just turn into a beautiful swan; it took flight most beautifully. I sincerely salute your technical skill, meticulous attention to detail and artistic vision from South Africa.

Ooooh, those little nails are 'meant' to be broken off! I LOVE THAT. I never knew this! Wonderful color matching on the wood, the green leather is a great top and your detailed fixes are so helpful. Such a sweet, little assistant too!
