For some reason, as a kid this one hit my imagination more than any other. There have been numerous videos recently on "liminal spaces" -- transitional spaces. I think that's why this one grabbed me. I liked the idea of being in a festival atmosphere, then suddenly entering the dungeon and having the door locked behind you.

This book lterally changed my life for the better. So many decades later and I still love it as freshly as I did the first day that I discovered it.

Cool video. I still have these books, in Swedish. Very nostalgic.

It was either this one or The Warlock of Firetop Mountain that introduced me to gamebooks.

This series would be really helpful for me because I need to find the way to find the diamond because I was at paragraph 218 where there was a diamond but it was an illusion. I can not wait to see how to get my hands on that diamond! ;)
