It's crazy how people don't know that African American is a whole ethnicity. They never press Jamaicans, Brazilians, Cubans, or anyone else even though their ancestors also come from West Africa. They also never press white folks who are only like second or third generation Americans. Black folks have been here since 1619 which is longer than a lot of white folks, even the damn president's family.
