A lot of the burnout guys will point their exhaust at the back tire in order to blow the burnout smoke away from the back tire so that way you don't get caught in a cloud of smoke and can see where you're going

Look at a Toyota Prius electric steering motor. They go on the steering shaft behind the steering wheel. Might be an option for you.

Idk what fuel you run, I’m assuming pump, but maybe having e85 would give you a bunch of power for not too much effort. Though you are running carbs and putting EFI in could be a pain in the ass if you don’t know what you’re doing. EFI would also make a bit more power and have it start first time every time if you had any issues with that. This shit is crazy tbh, cannot wait to see it in action
