I don't drink or gamble either, but I love going to Vegas, there are just so many unique attractions. I also would have immediately talked to circus circus, assuming that's who you bought the tickets through, and asked for a refund. If they refuse get a supervisor, because anyone with 2 brain cells will realize you can't sell a ticket to a closed attraction.
