  I am so glad Judge Dorow validated what DB did was NOT a result of any mental illness he may or may not have. <br>As someone with bi polar and anxiety disorder, the last thing I&apos;d ever do is harm anyone.

  Darrell blew up at the judge after she praised Erika. Proved he is unstable emotionally. So his frantic waving and gesturing in an effort to get back in the main court room to display himself in front of an audience was beautiful to watch. Darrell never wants to suffer the consequences from his behavior. Darrell sitting in the side courtroom all alone, little, and out of the public regard. <br>Once he got back just before the final sentence , he proved again he has no regard for courtroom behavior and can’t stop talking. Rude and self-destructive. Angry and out of control. He should never leave prison.

  As Emily D. Baker put it, Judge Dorow is offended by his NGI plea <br><br>She&apos;s dealt with defendants who had genuine mental disorders that made them do terrible things, and Brooks&apos; plea takes away attention from people who actually need help. What he needs is to be put away, where he can never hurt anyone again

  His mother should have never given him the keys . Hunting Erika down to repay the bail money for running Erika over .Dawn Woods should have been charged as well

  The trial was actually a worse punishment for him than any prison time. Forced accountability was more than he could handle. Especially from women and white people. His whole life he’s been able to intimidate his way through avoidance.

  “I don’t consent to this sentencing.”<br>Not able to stop interrupting or conform his conduct to court courtesies.<br>Defiant, unfettered by normal human relations, driven by evil anger.<br>Not able to obey orders of the court/ judge.<br>Certainly unrepentant and likely felt justified by his frustration with the interference of his attack on Erika.
