  I remember watching on TV, so glad I found this here. It&apos;s 2019 and I still love to watch him. Wishing him well if he ever will see this, I don&apos;t know.

  Growing up on a farm in the middle of nowhere, we only got three channels on the TV in the late 80&apos;s and early 90&apos;s. Luckily, I was able to watch Mr. Pépin on one of them. How I wish I could go back in time and enjoy those simpler times. I remember thinking then about how I could not wait to grow up, go to college, and see the world. Now, I miss the farm chores, growing and tending the garden with my Dad, and enjoying his company along with the slower pace of life; however, it fills me with a little regret that my own children will never experience what I did. Watching him cook now brings back so many wonderful memories. Thank you for putting up videos of him cooking.
