  Being an intelligent introvert having to fake extroversion for the sake of maintaining a job is exhausting. Having retired, I realize just how exhausting it was, having to adhere to empty, fraudulent social conventions not meant to serve my own needs but come at my expense. Now I can severely limit the amount of social interactions to prevent both misunderstandings and avoid hierarchical systems that demand that same falseness I escaped. To say it's liberating is an understatement.

  I am very happy staying single after dealing with several toxic women. It&apos;s their loss entirely and I know for a fact at least one of them deeply regrets her actions but it&apos;s too late.

  I&apos;ve walked away from so many people (family I&apos;ve never felt a connection to being adopted/friends that were fake) and a Society that I can live without. I don&apos;t hate people it&apos;s I have no tolerance for BS. I grew up alone so I&apos;ve used to it. There is nothing replacing my peace.

  I see deeper meanings in almost everything and I live in America. I walk away silently all of the time. It’s easier to be alone than to speak to people who feel they know everything on a daily basis.

  Years ago I told my friends a week before I left to move to another country &quot; I am leaving &quot; They were shocked why, where are you going? I told them and they said you don&apos;t know the language or any people who will you talk to ? I told them I have all my friends here and no one to talk to. You all are so busy with your lives I never hear from you. I explained I had my ipad if I need any serious conversation. They figured I would be back soon but I remained away for eight years and started my new life. Still no knowing the language but i made new friends. I withdrew from society because society had already threw me in the garbage just for being a man.<br> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;I would frequent a pizza restaurant and they made a menu in English so I could use it. Other restaurants liked me because I tipped well would always seat me quickly or if I went before the dinner rush would give me a table reserved because they knew I was a fast eater and would be gone by dinner. I was always polite and even though we did not speak the same language my politeness won them over and I made many friends.

  I just got sucked into other things. &nbsp;Working a job that is more like 4 jobs, while also wanting to enjoy your free time, will do that to you.

  Men are currently taking a good look at the bigger picture of their lives. Also, putting a lot of thought and reasoning into it. I&apos;ve found options and adapting to what&apos;s best for me. I have happiness and serenity. 👍🤗
