Also, MAP has another meaning in this context. It’s an acronym for Minor Attracted Person. So Puss is not only referencing the Wishing Star Map from Last Wish but also calling CTH a pedo. Also, legend is also kind of a wordplay here since the legend on a map is the thing that defines the important things on a map. In other words, Puss, like the legend on a map, is guiding CTH through his bar and joke.

honestly i think stupendium is such a good rapper because 50% of the time I only realize they're in a rap battle when their name pops up but they sound so different its crazy

As a spanish speaker, the translations from puss´s spanish rap are not exactly literal, they were adapted to make them rhyme, and that´s really fire. The arguments are practically the same, but in case you are curious, the literal translation to what puss said would be (this doesn´t rhyme in english): "You better pack your things up if i sneak into your balcony all the property damage in my house is caused by me... your live action managed to make even ms. seuss freak out, not even Shrek made Michael Myers look so disgusting!"

There's a few things you missed here, so Ima just highlight them here. 1. Puss's bar "legend to MAP, let me give you advice" is actually some really good wordplay. Obviously first of all maps have legends that indicate where certain things are, but MAP also stands for Minor Attracted Person. Puss is calling himself a legend while calling Cat a pedo. 2. Puss's bar "keeping you far far away from a school zone" could be referencing the place where Shrek and Fiona went to see Fiona's parents. The place is called "Far Far Away". 3. Cat's bar "but one thing to know about me is that I tend to always come back" is referencing the book "The Cat in the Hat Comes back". 4. Cat's bar "quick to make you disappear like a hat trick" could also be a reference to the book "The Cat in the Hat Comes back". In the book Cat causes a huge mess, so he pulls a bunch of mini Cats out of his hat to help him clean it. The final Cat pulled out has a machine called VOOM under his hat which instantly makes all the mess disappear. The bar could be saying that Cat's gonna use VOOM to make Puss disappear. 5. Cat's bar "begged Shrek asked him 'bring back the magic'" is probably referencing how Shrek lost most of its heart and 'magic' after the first two movies. 6. Cat's bar "got 9 lives it looks like you've lived 90!" could be a reference to how Puss was first made in the 16th century, making him EXTREMELY old, but that one's definitely a stretch. 7. Cat's bar "I'm family friendly you've been after kitties" actually has more layers. It's a rebuttal to Puss calling him a pedo, basically saying "I'M not a pedo, but you've BEEN after kids!" 8. Puss's bar "it's been a lifetime since the Doctor was in, and his racism tainted the pages he penned" is referring to how Seuss once made a rather racist book during the war, depicting Japanese folks in a rather tantalizing light. Same with the next line, where he goes over Seuss' propaganda art. Little side note here, but this is probably my only issue with the battle... For both sides, since Cat does the same thing in his second verse. Seuss actually learned and recovered from his racism, making a book where the lesson was that racism is rooted in hatred and ego. Still a fire bar, but not entirely true. 9. You already hearted a comment saying this, but I might as well mention it here. Puss's bar "Live action disaster even earned you Seuss' wife's ire" is referencing how Seuss' wife hated the live action Cat In The Hat movie so much she banned any more live action adaptions of his work. 10.  Puss's bar "you're done running away, the kids have had enough!" Is referencing how in most of his books, the Cat normally runs away from the kids once they're fed up while using some wacky solution to accidentally make the problem worse. Take 'The Cat in the Hat Comes Back' as an example. The Cat is shown running away while transferring the mess he made from one item to another. Taking the mess he made on the wall and transferring it to the kids dad's shoes; for example. 11. Cat's bar "Took the greatest of falls into the plan that he was hatching" is also referencing how the Golden Goose Egg was a big part of the plot; and how Humpty I believe was tricking Puss so he can get it all for himself. The egg also hatches in the movie I think, which explains the hatching part. The 'took the greatest of falls' part is also referencing how they had to fall down the Beanstalk once they had the egg, I believe. 12. Cat's bar "Buddy has been stalking before the beanstalk and better believe bested you 'till his scheme stopped and he dropped" is actually talking about Humpty, and how he was stalking Puss all throughout his journey until reuniting with him at the Beanstalk to convince Puss to help him get the egg. The next part is talking about how Humpty's plan worked to a tee and completely fooled Puss, before Puss ended up stopping Humpty from taking over the village at the end. The 'he dropped' line comes from the fact that Humpty fell from what I believe was the Clock-Tower, and ended up dying. 13. Cat's bar "what would you do if brother's plans were foiled? Couldn't take the fall and made him take it for you!" Actually has more meaning that that. First off, Cat's saying that to the girl because her brother was the one who was always causing trouble. I assume you know that since you watched the movie. It's also referring to how Puss was tricked into making Humpty take the fall for him at the bridge, as stated previously in the "ran from the militia and abandoned him in prison" line. Your interpretation was also correct though, Puss had to make Humpty take the fall for him so he couldn't do whatever he was gonna do with the Golden Goose Egg. 14. Cat's bar "unless you mend fences a whole awful lot" is referencing the Lorax first of all, specifically the line "Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot, nothing is going to get better. It's not." But it's also meaning to mend relationships, and that Puss couldn't fix his relationship with Humpty and some others. It also goes into the next line well since Death was hunting Puss because of his arrogance and humility, trying to take his soul because Puss didn't value his lives.
