Academic degrees today mean very little and do not reflect competencies because of DEI standards. The intelligence quotient tests (IQ) and the standardized testing and passing scores have been lowered to make everyone feel equal.

Whenever I hear about a black person with a PhD, I always assume it's a person who was admitted to the school under affirmative action or DEI and didn't earn her place there, and then when I find out that the degree is in Black studies, Sociology, Women's studies, or Middle-Eastern studies, I realize this is a person who could have learned a lot more from reading the newspaper than by going to graduate school and doing a dissertation. If they don't have a degree in one of the STEM areas, or perhaps something such as business, architecture, or something else that actually requires brains, then a PhD is completely meaningless, especially in my eyes.
