    Yo trabajo en una fundidora de metales el calor es horrible parece un horno que te cocina pero mientras más ropa tengas puesta es mejor porque el sudor te refresca y te mantiene hidratado

    Es sentido común, la ropa y telas adecuadas protegen del frío y del calor.

    eso no funciona en lugares húmedos, creo que depende mucho del tipo de clima. El desierto común es seco (hay humedos)

    Yo trabajo en áreas de alta temperatura y con clima de 40° yo al inicio me quitaba la ropa y me quema el sudor y si te pones más ropa sientes menos calor ya que sudas menos y si sudas la ropa te protege y te refresca más tu sudor no te quema

    Falta añadir que las temperaturas en la noche son muy bajas y en épocas del año alcanzan los 0 grados.

    Mis compañeros de trabajo se reían cuando me veían con camisa de manga larga, sombrero de ala ancha en vez de gorra y camiseta de algodón debajo, cuando trabajábamos a pleno sol, al final se ve quién tenía razón.

    Un superresumen sería que cuando el aire alrededor tuyo supere al calor corporal ahi es el problema y con las mantas y el aire entre ellas más el sudor de tu cuerpo aislan al calor y es mejor que sin ropa.

    Es un calor seco. en la selva de Sur América y Centro América ellos tendrían que quitarse esa ropa si o si.

    Creo que la clave esta en la humedad ambiental. En un desierto seco como el Sahara,la masiva evaporacion en un ambiente reseco te refresca......pero en un clima humedo y saturado.....te cocinas vivo en tus propios jugos.
