  Couldn&apos;t agree more. I play this game because I enjoy the gameplay, not the min-maxing trying to get the GO to spawn.<br><br>I hate to say it, but I think some content creators are to blame here. Constantly churning out hours of content that purely exists of grinding probably gets views, especially if it means people get to see the great ones, but it conditions people to think that is all that the game is about.

  I still hunt exactly like you are describing, no herd management ever and I have never gotten a great one. I have played about 1000 hours and I have every single DLC. My trophy lodge is having a lot of diamonds and some cool rare fur types and such. I even keep some gold animals if the hunt was memorable. So you are correct in my mind, stop grinding for great ones… But each to their own and good hunting!

  600 hours and I only have 20 some diamonds. Every time I find a trophy I’m like a kid on Christmas morning. Chasing the hardest diamonds in the game, with no grinding,is the most accomplishing way to play.

  I&apos;m not into grinding or finding great ones. It takes away the fun for me. To me, I love hunting and organically finding animals while I am exploring. You know it&apos;s so satisfying when you actually find a diamond when you actually are not even expecting or trying to find one. To me hunting will always be like that, just getting lost in the wilderness and hunting animals without a specific goal because in doing so you carve out the storied memories yourself plus when you find something really good then that ultimately becomes your target to harvest and track. I love CoTW. It reminds me of my childhood when I used to play only Cabela&apos;s hunting games!

  I just hunt . I mostly walk all over the maps. I think the great one is the worst thing that happen to this game. There is only a hand full of CC that just hunt now. &nbsp;All they talk about is getting the next one another 1000 animals to go. They treat diamond like silvers . I think diamond are the best looking ones in the game . I only watch 3 or 4 of the &quot;CC&quot; now and you are one of them JBiz you have not forgot how to hunt . I enjoy watching you showing the new players how to play the game with out pushing great one on them. Just enjoy the game. I&apos;m 74 and I still like playing cotw I can run and jump again like I was 20 lol. Keep up the good work JBiz.👍

  獲物を探しているときの期待、そして歩き続ける不安、何かいないかと中腰でゆっくりと丘を越えるドキドキ感・・。ファストトラベルでなく、歩いてはテントを張って眠り、起きたらまた歩く。そうやって遠くまで獲物との遭遇を楽しみに歩く。そう・・それこそが「ザ・ハンター」だったんだ。

  Great video. I&apos;ve played this game since 2018 and I&apos;ve never got bored. I pick a preferred loadout, pick a map, play background music and walk. Whatever comes into my crosshairs I shot. I never felt the urge to grind and I&apos;m not interested in great ones, all I&apos;m interested in is the atmosphere and loosing myself in a map and noticing how beautiful and unique they all are.
