It's another tough choice for my favorite Tyrone Power performance, but I'm going to pick out Witness for the Prosecution. Reply to this comment and let me know which of his movies is your favorite!

My dad was a 21 yr old naval lieutenant evacuated from Okinawa in 1945. As a Marine lieutenant Ty Power piloted the plane to Saipan. He let my dad sit in the co-pilots on the flight and my father spoke highly of him as a nice guy and incredibly handsome. I started watching his movies as a boy.

My mother told us that where she worked she would see Powers when he came to Cincinnati. He was eye candy to her.

It was also sad that his son, Tyrone Power Jr; never got to meet his father. He was born 2 and a half months after his dad passed.

My grandmother said that Tyrone Power was her first silver screen crush. I didn't know who he was when I was little but I made the point of finding out when I had internet access and for some reason he's now kinda special to me because of her. ❤

My great uncle looked eerily like Tyrone Power. It got him a lot of attention during WWII.
