  Subscribed. 63 year old young white guy. Retired RN. 6 mos travel (mostly Thailand), 6 mos Amererica. Inspiring video...confirmed I'm on the right path. Loved when you were on the balcony talkin* about the culture of those construction guys. I love how Thailand rolls that way...with the vendors rolling through on a daily basis for those guys and moving on. Affordable Grab, affordable food EVERYWHERE, affordable housing. I try to tell my American buddies that are still grinding in their 60's and they just don't understand... You guys are lucky to have discovered this so young. DMsrk you are a born natural interviewer...you can get serious and go deep and then clown around on the same topic. Just keep doing what you're doing both of you are killing it.

  Bryan is a smart man.  He got great value staying within $300-400/month on quality accommodations.  Keeping your rent low within that price range for a studio or 1-bedroom condo is the key to success.  It means that you have more money saved towards investments, food, entertainment, or travel.  That's what true freedom looks like.  This is the "slow travel" hack people are doing to save money during early retirement, instead of having to keep working until you collect SS in the US.  Work online or live off of dividend income from investments, taking advantage of geo arbitrage.  🙏
