So if anyone is curious. Ashley Clark actually works full time on one of Taffers busiest edm bars and she is a floor manager. She has openly admitted she enjoys her job and turns out taffer did make her go to school (fully paid by him) and she is one of taffers competitive bar tenders

The fact that Ashley said, “We are!” When asked if he was worth rescuing. That shows she is looking out for all the bartenders not just herself. Love this episode and her passion

YO!!! Not only did Ashley pass her stress test, SHE RAN OUT OF WORK TO DO WITH DOWNSTAIRS STILL SWAMPED. That's a resounding success the likes of which we've never seen on the show. The disparity between one Ashley and two rookie bartenders is staggering.

Girl has a special talent. I'm glad Jon saw it. You don't waste talent like that, and I'm so glad he didn't.

Damn, Ashley got a blessing in the form of a bad owner. She kept working hard and by chance got to meet John Taffer. Keep working hard and pushing people!

If a business expert told me a sign was costing my business $1 million, that sign would be coming down in less than 5 minutes. Even if a family member made the sign with love, love doesn’t pay the bills.

Ashley had so much confidence on her own. She knew the mission and executed it perfectly.

Jon Taffer meets skilled people on his rescues, and absorbs them into his own team so they can help him in challenging episodes.

Bar Rescue is officially an anime.

Having a pirate bar isn't that bad as long as the bar itself is presentable, the staff friendly, and the food was delicious. The problem with THIS bar is that the staff are assholes and stubborn, the food is subpar, and the owner was fixated on a fantasy that is more suited to a bar event happening once or twice a week.

Traci being a recon spy is honestly very impressive. She may have gone back to a pirate bar and failed miserably but she opened another bar. And I think she learned from it and took Jon’s words to heart. That takes guts

I love how you can see bill’s stubbornness wasn’t out of any disrespect for anyone but rather a love for the dream he had. You could see it in his face when he saw the new sign and realised that he had been wrong to suspect John like that and then seeing John bring him back for recon made me so happy and it shows that John and bill obviously have a lot of respect for each other

I have been in hospitality for 27 years and I have seen some great waitering staff and crappy ones. Ashley is pure positivity and is a literal sponge for picking up info. Taffer made an excellent choice.
