Pratumnak Hill feels like a land-based Koh Phangan for fitness — minus the hippie layer. It has a San Diego or Manhattan Beach kind of feel, but inside Thailand’s value system. For many expats over 50, this place offers structure, health, social life, and a daily rhythm that can make a man feel stronger, more desired, and more alive.
