To be honest, I kinda like the way Jackson died. No touching dialogues, no last words, just highlights the fact that he, despite being a main character, is not immortal, and there is no plot armour

I think a really good plot point would be digging into Lopez's sniper skills. It's mentioned sometimes in the show but exploring it would be really interesting

I would absolutely watch a spin off of Thorsen at the Hollywood division.
I really enjoyed his character and backstory.

Honestly I think Lucy should’ve adopted legally tamara because they act like mother and daughter more than they do friends

I had no idea rodge was a nepo baby, tbh i thought his awkwardness was just a part of his character like how he cant really read people's emotions when he writes songs about them and ends up hurting their feelings

7:56 when Tim and Jackson had the riot shield because they were breaking bad news to Lopez was hilarious😂😂😂

The Rookie is one of those shows that you could keep alive by cycling out characters. And im here for it.

You probably won't see this comment, but THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH for talk about Tim's childhood trauma. I thought I was the only one who felt uneasy with how Lucy and Gen treated his experience and feelings.

He had the hardest, and now they think he is the insensible one? WTH?!

17:09 Tim didn’t throw Rachel away. She cut contact with him and Lucy after her father died. She isolated herself away.

Tim's promotion to sergeant after 10 years is because Tim "didn't want" to be promoted to Sgt. And in (I think) S2 he said he wants to finish Lucy's TO training and only after that he will consider Sgt. promotion.
3-5 years is average for before you're eligible for promotion in real world LAPD. Plus, Lucy was Sgt. aide for a year, made ancient Sgt. book into audiobook for Tim and was acting watch commander for a day when Tim and Grey were in hospital (and that was her 1st time beeing watch commander and she did a good job)

20:58 Deric Augustine (Miles Penn), Enver Gjokaj (Nyla's ex Donovan) and Gregory Zarian (Atlas Rice in 7x17) all have identical twin brothers. In fact, Deric, Shawn and Gregory shared a scene in 7x17, making it probably the only scene in TV history where three actors with identical brothers shared a scene.

The bus from Speed episode also has the same number as the movie one, 2525.

IMO, Simone and Enervo episodes are good episodes is you skip Simone scenes

Michael Beach, actor playing commander West was filming both Tulsa King and Mayor of Kingstown in his "dissaperance" between S3 and S6 of Rookie. Tulsa King was filmed in Tulsa, Oklahoma and Mayor of Kingstown was filmed Ontario, Canada, both very far away from L.A. setting and filming locations of Rookie

Am I the only one who is super amused by Rodge? I know his scenes are super awkward but I thought it was intentional because he’s kind of an awkward dude but it fits so well with Celina’s character.
