The video was enjoyable. The apartment is a bit overpriced, in my opinion. Love the closeness to the beach, but only one room and not a complete bathroom between the two bathrooms makes me think that there is something better for 120000 Euros.

Fiorella, you've got a big typo..50 sm is 538 sf, <br>not 164 sf. That front room is about 164 sf, all by itself. 😊 Cute house. Great terrace.

The apartment itself could be made to look nice but to only have a shower outside is crazy, doesn´t matter if it´ s only for summer living . No way there is room for a shower in the toilet room. Another no no for me personally is buying with the furniture included. When I buy it must be a blank canvas and not helping the sellers to get rid of their old stuff.
