  My Argonian is addicted to Skooma. I've spent weeks camping outside Redwater, going back inside to purchase 8 more, camping for 2 days, buying 8 more, camping 2 days, buying 8 more... I never took the skooma inside the den, and I got caught sneaking around the back room so I never got to do the actual quest in this playthrough. Now I have to cast calm on the dealer to get her to sell to me.

  “Skyrim. Just saying the name conjures something…….”<br><br>Yeah. x50 million Frost Trolls and Snowy Sabre Cats that WRECK my ass, regardless of difficulty.

  The perfect thing about Redwater Den, other than the name and the fact it’s a skooma den in the Rift of course.<br><br>Is it’s in one of the sketchiest areas in Skyrim where travelers avoid, and it’s centered around Skooma Addicts .<br>Who, if you know anything about addicts. <br>Tend to be untracked/ random and become so isolated from the world.<br>Unless the loved ones try to keep contact. Addicts disappear from society all the time.<br>So when they go missing. It isn’t immediately noticed and the reasoning is simple.<br>So the assumption is simple.<br><br>Meaning no one will come looking for you and if they do it won’t be there at the den or in the wilderness of the rift.<br><br>If weren’t for the Dragonborn <br>That place would be the end of the road for thousands of people.<br>All while making a killing. Literally in profit.<br>Only downside is you kill your customers so you always need new ones and they will run out eventually.<br><br>Unless riften somehow pushes you into the market and you form a dependency on skooma <br><br><br>Remember kids <br>Smoke skooma Hail Deadra 🙌🏻<br>And if the guards come a lookin<br>Give em a knee full of rusty arrows

  You get red water den quest through the jarl of Riften, to investigate the sooma dealers.

  I always figured there was more to Redwater Den. I never drank the skooma so I never found out.

  I&apos;ve played Skyrim since it came out.<br>I never knew about being imprisoned after drinking Redwater.<br>I don&apos;t do drugs in RL, so I don&apos;t do them in RPGs.
