pc gaming as a teenager was great. Literally the golden era of my life! Went to school, came back home, popped on some dnb, and loaded up garry's mod or counter strike source. memories are rushing back to me now, thank you for uploading this :)

The connection is closing. I don't like the world we have now.

It's crazy how sounds can trigger such strong nostalgia. A whole period of life comes rushing back via memories. It's something you can feel. Like you're still there.

Lived for raves back in the 90s early 2000s the chillout rooms at some locations with liquid dnb rooms were some of the best memories I have, met some fantastic like-minded people all just escaping the day to day life with great music, good times!

This era was so full of hope.. Technology was a treshold rewarding those who were able to learn it and the end goal was always to share everything. The free world so to speak. Then the Corporations came, the ads became almost sentient, the social media became trendy and now the internet is for everybody and nobody at the same time.

Ace Combat 4, Kingdom Hearts 1 and 2, Tekken 5, Ratchet and Clank, Gran Turismo 4. That cold breeze rolling through, full moon lighting up the desert floor, everyone asleep other than me.

This type of vibe brings that memory back.

Dayum this is vibe. Just as the title says, endless scrolling on newgrounds in the early 2000s throughout the night.

There was something magical about gaming also being the primary/only way to keep in touch with the boys, before everyone had a cell phone and everything was permanently online. Still wonder where a few Wolfenstein buddies ended up when they stopped coming online.

I'm 58 and still video gaming, it's something that I don't choose to stop. It keeps my mind in peak, if not in an elite condition.
