I am in the middle of having an anxiety attack right now so I searched YouTube for calming music to help me relax and sleep. I am so lucky to have found this video with all these incredible comments. I don't think any of you will read my comment, but thank you so much for writing your comments. They really helped me calm down and end my attack.
