  do invertebrates have plexuses (solar plexus)? according to gurdjieff they dont have middle story - (which means dont have emotional centre which means they dont have plexuses)

  I'm an isha meditator whom started to meditate since January this year and had some great experiences while practicing the shambhavi practice. Now I understand that shambavi mahamudra meditation by which taught by sadhguru is based on this 112 technique and really powerful. Thnx for your explanation 🙏
