  SovCits always want to "settle" everything on their first appearance, but what they're not saying is that their idea of "settling" is having the case dismissed, and nothing less.

  The judge from Colorado (forget his name) put it well: "Any of that" is considered a form of mocking the court. Both he and Clark are exceptional at controlling their court. It all starts with a firm No. And then never giving ground. Nothing is worse than a judge who says Don't you dare do that...then proceeds to let them do it.

  I love that Judge Clarke shut that 1st guy down, like really the Magna Carta. The last guy FAFO you have to act as if you were an attorney finding the resources that you need

  In the 2nd hearing it seems to me that the dude just wanted to control the case and the attorney wasn't having it as with what happens when the defendants want to fire their attorneys! They think they know it all and as we all know, they don't know shite!
