  I think the old games call them &quot;canisters&quot; because they are supposed to hold the pieces of the build they make which are called &quot;mini kits&quot; because its a mini build/lego kit, then they just switched to them being called minikits

  in the file in which the &quot;canisters&quot; are stored they are called mini_kit_pickup, so i will be calling them minikits forever 😂

  Small correction: Blue Canisters and Minikit Bonuses were in Lego Star Wars II: The Original Trilogy before they were in The Complete Saga

  You missed one! BIONICLE: Heroes had both Silver and Gold Canisters, shaped like the real-world canisters the toys came in. The five Silver Canisters in most levels (excluding the main boss fights) would build an enemy creature that you could look at in the main hub like a zoo. The four Gold Canisters in each level unlocked trophies (typically masks) that can be seen in the Trophy Room in the main hub.

  i think one of the coolest things in all the LEGO games has been unlocking Starkiller and the battle-damaged Vader. seeing easter-egg characters, even- or especially if they aren&apos;t part of canon, made me so happy. &nbsp;it&apos;s like the devs saying &quot;we know this isn&apos;t coming back. but it was worth something. here is something to show us that we recognize that.&quot;
