  Subscribed. &nbsp;I used turmeric mixed into paint, talc, &amp; baking soda to make a paint color that looks just like terracotta. &nbsp;It goes on yellow but turns terracotta when dry. &nbsp;I love how you used cinnamon &amp; nutmeg to &quot;spice up&quot; your stone look.

  An old lazy susan is a great painter&apos;s helper. Using concrete patch is an inspired idea. Love that.

  I was cleaning out the attic and found an old ginger jar shaped lamp from the 80s/90s? and was thinking of donating it. Then I went online to look at purchasing a new lamp for my studio. I&apos;m so thankful I watched your video. Now I can repurpose my old lamp and it will be perfect for that space. Thank you so much for walking us through this.

  Great projects! &nbsp;The process of getting texture and shading &nbsp;is so much fun. &nbsp;Just a suggestion on the lampshades--use spray adhesive to get the fabric to lay flat. &nbsp;Also, use &nbsp;seam binding or a bias cut piece of cloth to cover the rough edges at the top and bottom of the shades. &nbsp;It gives it a neater appearance.
