  We're back! Hands down the most recommended river from y'all and now I see why. What a place! The upload season has begun, more coming soon. Also how crazy we got the whole river to ourselves??

  I have done crazy rivers in my younger days in SC and Georgia, and then the Buffalos in Tennessee and Arkansas, and 11 Point. In my senior years, I mostly went on the Missouri National Scenic Riverways, but have retired from the rivers now and selling my 10' fishing kayak. My last trip was on the Current River to Cave Spring, one of my favorite spots. We had a large group on the Arkansas Buffalo and ran low on food so we caught fish to eat. The morning we left we had one dozen eggs left and almost fought over who got too much scrambled eggs. Those who have never canoed or kayaked, have missed out on one of life's great rewards...

  A great thing about going down the Buffalo is that, not only are the bluffs are so beautiful, the water is just as lovely and clear. When you are floating/paddling over the large pools it is like  looking down into an aquarium-with all the varieties of fish and turtles.

  I am sitting in Jinja, Uganda, and could literally run to the Nile River right now, but I’m sitting in a cafe watching your adventure. Time to go find some fun. Thanks for the great video.

  The Buffalo is the most magical place on earth. I lived in Fayetteville for 11 years. I was a frequent kayaker. Many great rivers around the Ozarks but the Buffalo is just too good. Worth doing over and over again

  I feel spoiled.  I live about an hour from Ponca, and grew up going to Camp Orr, just past Kyle's Landing--that really was my childhood playground.  We had a family from Florida with us this past week and I showed them Boxley Valley, and we Hiked Hawksbill Crag, Lost Valley and made a trip to Kyles landing to hike the river.  While there, several kayakers went by, and our friends from Florida want to come kayak and camp the river next summer.  I'm excited and your video just made me smile.   I'm sending this video with them.
