  Here in the US a Chamber of Commerce are local associations of businesses in each city that promotes and protect the interests of the business community in that town. In the joke the key part is that the greeting card Fluffy picked out with the three white sheet wearing ghosts looks a lot like a KKK clan, and when he signed it with "Fresno Chamber of Commerce" that is where the practical joke becomes real, haha.

  AND NOW you must find the follow-up : The MEXICAN Racist Gift Basket. <br>Fluffy was doing a show in Mobile Alabama, when a fan interrupted the show to present a gift basket (inspired by the story) made special for Fluffy. Gabriel says he&apos;ll open it backstage, but the fan insisted he open it now on stage so the crowd can enjoy it too. The crowd began to cheer and Fluffy had no choice, so he proceeds to unpack this basket, and the hilarity ensues. &nbsp;While this bit is hilarious, it also has a bit of a touchy=feely moment at the end, when the fan meets Gabriel after the show and has a candid moment of gratitude to Fluffy for what he does, making the world laugh. <br>It is a MUST-SEE accompaniment to this video.

  Chamber of commerce is a government office. They pay and make deals with ppl and groups to set up events and festivals in their city.
