SCP is all about securing, containing, and protecting, meanwhile Lobcorp is just about &quot;eh fuck it, we&apos;re gonna squeeze as much energy as we possibly can out of these abnormalities and if they breach then beat it back into containment&quot;

  I like how they survived Meat Lantern just by sleeping on it and taking forever to leave the room because it lines up with the abnormality’s only containment procedure: don’t work on it too fast.

  I love the juxiposition between how serious the SCP Foundation and Lob Corp are. Honestly, in canon the only reason that Lob Corp employees don&apos;t panic on a day to day basis at the Lovecraftian horrors they draw power from is they are on a mild seditive to reduce panic.

  It says a lot about the Lob Corp that even the SCP researcher is horrified by his standards. Really ought to tell him what a Safe class actually means though...<br>Kinda hoping 682 shows up just as an ultimate &quot;f*ck you&quot;.
