Awesome video. I find the more people and techniques we learn the better and stronger we become. I have no set way to beekeeping, I’m learning all the time from many epic keepers 🐝

Branding bee equipment is the rule in Australia, slightly differrent from state to state, but basically have to brand all hives. Some theft still happens but in general its pretty limited. Queensland has a permit system to allow you to set up temporary apiaries on the side of highways and public roads. These apiaries are subject to vandalism more than theft, but is still very limited.

Put an air tag somewhere inside a hive. Works like a charm the first time. Later they become smarter 😅
