  Former hoarder here with OCD, anxiety, and depression. Your videos make me laugh. When I was coming out of my hoarding addiction I would watch shows like Hoarders or Filth to motivate me to get my life together. I would have similar criticisms of people while also suffering from their same issues. I guess my point is two things can be true; you can understand what a person is dealing with and still point out the issues in their situation. Also, I feel like some of these shows are set up specifically for people to be judgmental. Listen to the music, look at what they zoom in on. It is meant for entertainment, it’s not a harrowing documentary on improving his mental health.

  Idk if anyone will care but Rich is my cousin and hes actually doing so much better now and has come a long way! He's worked so hard on his mental and physical health and he's now doing much better, and we are all very proud of him.

  I can’t believe how shocked and disgusted this woman is, having never seen filth like his home. She should watch Hoarders sometime! This guy’s place is sparkling compared to those homes.

  As someone who has been diagnosed with manic depression, I can officially say that walks and working out has saved my life. Making goals for myself and being able to check just one thing off helps me feel like the world isn’t caving in on me. It’s ALWAYS a battle to get out of bed, get off the couch, wipe the tears away and get started. But afterwards that small amount of dopamine really helps. Not letting depression swallow you whole is one of the hardest challenges a person can face for sure.
