From the good ole US, it is 7:13am and I am just sitting down for a day of work. I am a director of technology for a school and teach little ones two days a week. Today should be a great Friday and I am just looking to vibe, relax, and get into the weekend. Wishing all friends out there in the world well and wishing you peace and love 💖

It's 4:38 AM, and for almost 30 days I haven't been able to sleep at my normal time (around 10 PM). I've been trying very hard to give my family a better life, but things are difficult.I listen to these songs every day to calm myself down and get a better night's sleep... It always helps, at least that way I can sleep without waking up so much during the night.

2:22am. Been struggling to find meaning in life. Feel like that's all life can give me and also all I can give back.
Seriously thinking about giving up, not sure when or how.

Guess I'll live another day to see the sun and see where it leads me.

Stay safe, wherever you are.

Recently, I have been struggling with studying. I get stressed out easily. Videos like these help me calm down and take a break. If anyone out there struggling with something, don't worry. Just keep up the hard work and it'll pay off and don't forget to take a break once a while.🤎
