  Ive been clean for over 14 years..I went cold turkey 3 times..the final time it worked..thank God fentanyl wasn't available.. I was 24 when I did my first drug ever... I don't blame no one but myself.. my son is 26 and it was hard but I was honest with my son and he now lives on his own and works his butt off.. my husband is terminally ill and i do blame the drugs because he used way before I was in his life I didnt know he was a addict... thankfully hes been cleaner longer than  me... im now older and I wont ever touch drugs again..

  Mom don’t beat urself up u did the right thing. Ur husband is right too. So sorry for ur lost too but u couldn’t stop it she had to do it herself.✨❤️‍🔥

  Its right what this mom said about not letting addicts back into the family' home. Its really, really tough. Broke my heart but, the one time I let my son back in, he almost destroyed us all.

  Out of many really sad cases on here this one has touched me the most. She was beautiful, she was a mother of a little girl (I am a mother of a little girl) she wanted help and she fought hard!! (I wanted help and I fought hard, no help, no family support, no friends) the only difference is that I won the battle of addiction I have been sober for almost 20 years and my battle was incredibly hard so hard it made me a very strong tough independent woman and I thank god for my second chance every single day . May 18th will be 8 years since I married  the most beautiful amazing man. He’s a marine, he is a provider, a all around good man. we have a 14 month old baby girl she is our miracle IVF baby . We have two adorable dogs, We bought our first beautiful home 3 years ago … THERE IS HOPE!!!! THERE IS HOPE!!!!

  Im dealing with my son 20 yr old addicted living in the streets. To tell him he cant come home breaks my heart but i have to protect myself
