  What a wonderful discussion. I am a retired paediatric nurse and so ANY surgery decision,within our medical team, was the last resort so I am soooo mad of the ‘gender affirming’ surgery is criminal for minors. Thank you both. ❤️🇬🇧❌❌

  I was engaged to someone that had hypospadias. &nbsp; <br>He was born with the opening about half way up the eggplant. &nbsp;When they surgically repaired it they also did genetic testing and found out he had an extra X chromosome (XXY aka Kleinfelter syndrome). &nbsp;He was extremely masculine and normal in every other way. &nbsp;Ironically; the doctor that did the repair actually left the urology center and now works with 2 other doctors at a surgery clinic and they do gender reassignment.<br><br>Anyhow it was interesting to hear your experience with everything thanks!

  Oh my goodness, that poor man! 😮 Apologies, Toby, I know you don&apos;t want people to feel sorry for you, and I&apos;m sure you do have a great life, but to go through so much pain and trauma from such a young age does make me feel genuine sympathy for you. You are so brave, your courage and resilience is admirable.<br>You are also totally cool, intelligent, warm, funny and genuine - thank you for sharing your story with us, and for contacting Buck. This video needs to be seen by every young person considering going through so-called &apos;gender affirming&apos; surgery.

  Small part, but great point. Long-term opioid use disrupts the endocrine system and this is a NEW (past 10ish years) understanding. Think about how long pain medication has been used, compared to this stuff. People don&apos;t understand how relatively little the medical system actually knows about the body.
