I am a, just turned 70 yrs old, surfer.I found Isometric exercises on a Shoalin video on Ytube a while back......Isometrics are a game changer.I go on increasing duration at my own pace.I have strength, mobility, paddling endurance and a sense of well being.I enjoy encouraging my older surfer brothers into this regime,I feel like a 50year old.
It is simply mind blowing.
P.s Diet reform is also a given.Live on!!

I love how you explained the 'why' behind each habit instead of just listing rules. Makes it so much easier to actually stick to the changes.

08:25 — This really made me think. We worry about heart health, but rarely connect artery stiffness with protecting the brain. If one simple exercise could benefit both, why isn’t this discussed more with people over 60?

Has the producer of this video who recommends four 2 min wall sits with only 2 min rests in between actually tried it out himself? It's brutal.

My max wall sit is 75 seconds. I do other isometrics. Side planks, bear walk hold, lunge hold. Many exercises can be adapted to isometrics. Thanks for the video!

This is a radical instruction. THis allows me to address my chronic high blood pressure. Now I want to constellate with a comprehnsive program - adapted for my age: 80 years - of exercise that would include resistance training, aerobics - all aspects so I can get regular.
