  Random update from the future: that super-rich dentist, Dr. Richard Malouf, was charged with 1,842 unlawful acts of Medicaid fraud back in August 2020. Turns out he was billing the state millions for his procedures while also banking all the real money he was making for himself. Not sure the taxpayers appreciated paying for his daughter&apos;s personal waterpark.
