  I remember rain storms in the early 1950's in Contra Costa County...we lived near a usually dry creek bed. It filled so quickly during the unrelenting rain that my young father and all of the neighborhood men plus county workers were putting sand bags all along the creek bed to prevent flooding. It is seared into my memory as we watched from the big "picture window" in the living room as our Dad and the many other men worked for hours.

  I lived in San Diego for about 45 years, the problem with getting rain, because it hardly ever rains there, is the roads. Be very careful, wait until it has rained for at least 2 hours if you can to get on the roads. All the built up oil rises up, and the roads are very slippery. Always like 500 car accidents per day. Been there, done that. My advice. 😊✌️

  Better make cleaning out storm drains a priority.Especially since I've seen the homeless living in vehicles dumping plastic bags and containers they use for toilets in there all over neighborhoods

  Yet, in 1993 from southern to central California we were drenched with a 500 year storm without an El Niño situation. So, safe to say; THEY DON’T KNOW!

  I’m always more than grateful for each episode. I sit and watch them over and over. &nbsp;The music is for no better word… perfect. Even the videos pull me in. &nbsp; What ever happens, I’m just along for the beautiful journey. I smile, get mad, I cry, I ugly cry then I get hopeful. I look forward to the next tidbit and episode. I never want it to be over. But that day will come all too soon. &nbsp;(No difference than looking to be 16 so you can get your drivers license only to wake up one day and realize you’re 61.) never wish a day away. &nbsp;<br>Keep going Nocturne. You brought them to life, solidly.
