Jones never reached his full potential. He tried my patience many times by holding on to the ball for too long.

Curtis is an example of how one good player can think they're something special. He isn't bad. He's got the skill; he can dribble past defenders and can find open spaces in the box, but his end product isn't there. He's also not quick enough to sustain a high press. I think it's a win-win-win situation for Inter, Curtis, and Liverpool. Curtis will play to his strengths in Italy - a ball-dominant team in a slower-paced league; Inter will find a good playmaker that can suit to their style; and Liverpool will make pure profit, which can be reinvested.

Good lad, hope he does well in Italy…need frimpong and a few others to follow him …Liverpool squad depth is awful..we will struggle this season 😢

I don't get how we let go of such a great player. We needed to keep this lad... 😢

I thought Liverpool did reasonably well to secure this transfer fee + sell on clause, because Italian clubs genuinely have no money compared to PL clubs.

I think this lad is a very very good player on his day.. he with the right guidance could be quite a special player

He is type of player you would love to have in Sunday League. Very balanced and decent at every aspect. Good ball control, pass, postioning, pressure control etc. But at elite level, nothing special or world class. He is noticeably slow on ball release and rarely does one touch passes to speed up the tempo. He kills the momentum too much

I thought Curtis Jones would be the next Jordan Henderson.

Sad times he needed to play more and in his preferred position,I'm sure it's going to come back and bite us in the arse, YNWA 😎

No player should be judged on their performances in the Slot 2nd season

Think they’ll regret letting him go. Given a decent run in the team he could’ve done a solid job.

8 minutes in and it’s not once mentioned why they got rid. So I’ll do it. He dwells on the ball, releases it too slowly and puts the receiver under pressure. Admittedly they do mention no end product.
