Accountability, that’s all we and God ask for. Regardless of position, God does not show partiality, neither should those who are leading the flock.

Kris Vallotton should respond to Mike Winger's video "The skeletons in Bethel's closet are now going to speak". Biblical Christianity requires bringing darkness to light (Eph 5:11), truthful speech (Eph 4:25), protection of the flock from wolves (Acts 20:28–31), and discipline (Matt 18:15–17; 1 Cor 5). Leaders are held to high character standards (1 Tim 3; Titus 1) and persistent sin in leaders can require public rebuke (1 Tim 5:19–20). Mike Winger has brought evidence that Bethel covered up egregious sins including predatory behavior. Mike Winger has also indicated that he will publicly apologize if he is shown to be wrong. Mike Winger has brought multiple witnesses who have first-hand evidence of these sins at Bethel that have been covered up. Is Kris Vallotton willing to own up to his responsibility and culpability in knowing about dangerous perpetrators in the midst of Bethel without issuing any public statement to warn the flock? What part of Mike Winger's skeletons in the closet are true? Be brave, tell us.
