  When I left the Pentecostal movement. I listened to Steve Lawson. <br>It was by his sermons that got me into a reformed church.<br>I was saddened and shocked by the news when it came out 2 years ago about Steve Lawson! <br>I don&apos;t put Bible teachers, or pastors on pedestals anymore.<br>But I do pray for those who have fallen🙏 &nbsp;I firmly stand on the position that Steve cannot ever hold a pastoral or Elder office again.

  A one time affair is one thing but a 5 year hidden relationship with someone about 40 years younger than you all the while you are married and preaching about the wrath of God is a level of cognitive dissonance and frankly pure insanity I will never understand

  We have yet to see true repentance from Steve Lawson. I will never forget what John MacArthur said about Steve. &quot; I will never understand how you can preach past your own conscience.&quot; Just because someone is gifted at or talented at speaking and teaching in front of people does not mean that he is called! We learned that lesson the hard way with the pastor at the church we used to attend. One week he&apos;s saying , don&apos;t worry , i&apos;m not going anywhere. Two weeks later , he and his wife were moving back to new york so that he could go to school to be a barber. I truly believe this situation with Steve Lawson will be a lesson well learned for many believers! Thank you men for putting this out there. We are in complete agreement!❤❤❤

  I had a 5 yr affair. &nbsp;I used to teach the youth in SS. &nbsp;My only ministry now is sharing one on one ...and forever humbled...what these guys said is so true!

  I heard a clip just yesterday where John MacArthur was commenting on Stephen Lawson&apos;s fall. He specifically said, &quot; I don&apos;t know how he could teach beyond his conscience.&quot; To me that meant that Stephen Lawson taught while leaving his conscience multiple steps behind him. And it appears, with the publication of this book, especially with his comparison to saints like Moses and Elijah and Peter and even Jesus, that he is still speaking beyond his conscience. I pray that whoever may be considering buying this book will download the preview and read it because that&apos;s the part that should bring everyone up short and nail the truth that you should not buy this book and continue to put money in Steven Lawson&apos;s pocket.

  I am with you, Jim and Justin... <br>I&apos;ve stated on other videos that cleaning toilets is exactly a kind of task that a truly repentant man will take on. &nbsp;They would refuse to step up and preach or teach again, &nbsp;because they finally understand, the wrong they committed, and better the grace of God.
