Both monsters but I think the way Watts disposed of the girls and Shannans bodies was absolutely heinous and probably made a difference in notoriety.

So typical to blame the woman for unwanted pregnancies as if she did it alone.

I went to his mom and dad's church for awhile. They still believe in his innocence . Their blindness to reality maybe part of why he could blind himself to his own reality .

Just another reason why I side-eye the people who say “But he goes to CHURCH!” Ma’am? So do priests…along with a whole congregation that will cover up their nasty deeds. Going to church doesn’t make anyone a good person.

I think what sets the Chris Watts case apart from this, is the way he disposed of the bodies after the murders....it took evil to another level.

Christopher Coleman was my neighbor! I was like 8 when it all went down and I remember my brother asked why one of his kids wasn’t on the bus. F-ed up. I Still live in Columbia Illinois to this day

How can anyone strangle a little child, let alone their own child. What a monster.

this channel has me feeling like there are way too many people, usually men, who feel that killing their entire family is somehow better than getting a divorce

Dr. Grande , the only doctor who can be so helpful when he doesn't diagnose anyone.

In both cases, the relationship between the woman and her in-laws was strained. I wonder if that was a psychological factor in the minds of the murderers when justifying their own actions to themselves. The parents were probably trying to support their son in some way, while he ended up killing his own children. What a senseless waste.
