  In my opinion, it&apos;s still worth it. Like, yeah, it may be almost around $4,000, but even if you are to go out and try to find another car for that price, you already know what this car needs. And you&apos;d also know for the most part, once you pay that $4,000, you got a pretty decent car that&apos;s going to last a long time. And that&apos;s just me speaking from experience since I have a Grand Caravan with 260,000 miles on there. And yeah, it has a little problems, but it starts every day and it gets everything done that I need to do. So I say it&apos;s worth it.

  If the vehicle is in excellent cosmetic condition no rust no big dents and the interior is also in excellent condition I would jus get everything fixed and enjoy it for another 100k miles!!

  Considering the cost and lack of quality in new vehicles and the decent known quality and lack of rust in this van I would fix it. Repaired it could last for many years and be a dependable driver. You could buy used &quot;better&quot; vehicles, but still be handed a large repair bill a month later. most new vehicles are repair magnets and even the wizard doesn&apos;t recommend them generally. The customer and wizard know this vehicle, it&apos;s history and condition so it is probably a good candidate for a daily driver.

  Totally worth fixing it, with the car prices today, fixing 1 thing at a time won&apos;t be too expensive.

  I worked as a Chrysler tech for years and I knew immediately that it was the fuel pump, I&apos;ve replaced a lot of those. 6 hours for the valve covers seems kind of high as that can be done in about 1.5 but if the book says it.... When the 3.6 first came out I did quite a few head gaskets on the early ones and cam phasers but they got better over time. Thanks for the video Wizard.

  I once needed a strut spring compressed on a Saturday. &nbsp;The parts store person suggested a shop that might have someone to do it on a Saturday. &nbsp;I went over and the shop was closed, but he did what I needed as a low price. &nbsp;Next I sent my sister-in-law to see him and he treated her very well at a price she could afford. &nbsp;Then I sent my ex wife to see him, and that is no favor for anybody. &nbsp;She had an 800 dollar estimate to repair a heater core from a radiator shop. &nbsp;Dennis looked at the car for her on a Saturday when she could come in. &nbsp;He looked at things for a couple of minutes, walked over to the side of the shop and picked up a piece of hose and replaced a short heater hose. &nbsp;Problem fixed, and he charged her 5 dollars. &nbsp;He knew about the 800 dollar estimate and only charged her 5 dollars. &nbsp;I sent several people his way.
