Aldous Huxley (the writer) was advising Timothy Leary regarding LSD, who was conducting research at Harvard university, late 1950s. <br>Huxley was a music critic for a magazine during 1920/30s, and he knew a bit about music, and he personally found that LSD & classical music goes well together.

It could be argued that Tommy Hall inspired the completely independent acid-fueled rock scene in Austin, TX., separated from Kesey influence.

Here’s an interesting development in regards to psychedelics. I recently received an email from the Veterans Administration (I’m a Vietnam vet, drafted) regarding psychedelic clinical trials conducted by and at the VA. At first I thought it was a spam email, or somebody had forwarded an article from the Onion! But this is actually happening now! An example of Vico’s “corso recorso”? Or everything old is new again?!
