I have learned that native speakers talking too fast is the most important reason for communication problems in aviation. So, from this point of view, the voice can be understood quite well, however, it could be celarer🙂

The automated ones I have no problem with. I really dislike the ones that are recorded by a real person and they read it so fast. Only have to hear the automated one once and I've got everything copied down. Flew yesterday at an airport that has a guy speed through it, I had to listen to it three times to get everything.
