The guy doing the levitation is a arm wrestler pretty good actually. As far as what he’s doing, he’s using the Michael Jackson peg technique but using insane core strength.

As someone who has had a elbow fold the wrong way due to a falling accident. It feels just as horrible as it looks. Because your brain refuses to accept your limb is in an impossible position so it creates a disconnected feeling.
