I always love to come back and watch these videos on REMAINING NO CONTACT.. as it's One thing to leave another to STAY no contact FOR GOOD 💪🙏these videos keep me strong it does get easier every week month that passes ...it's been 4 months going on 5 now but still we get moments of rumination occasionally Cognitive dissonance and still remain no contact but these videos help Sooo much. Thank you ❤
