  Dave trying so hard not to break down in tears at the end was probably the most wholesome bromance moment in the fitness industry. Just think about how much everyone loves, respects, and cherishes John, and miss him. Now imagine being the guy who was there with him for basically his whole journey to Pro, and how HE feels. It just hits that much harder after hearing Dave&apos;s voice crack at the end as he tries turning John&apos;s life into an inspirational teaching moment for everyone looking to get there. John is no doubt proud to have called Dave a friend. Respect.

  Got to meet him one time at a Poliquin seminar. &nbsp;They were talking and I was walking by, John turned and said &quot;hey, I didn&apos;t get to shake your hand earlier. &nbsp;I&apos;m John, good to meet you.&quot; Super big grin, just oozed genuine niceness.

  I never EVER got sad of someone passing I didn&apos;t know personally. However, John was the very first person I&apos;ve experienced that. His video&apos;s helped me out immensely and gave me the confidence to start going to the gym. His personality in the videos was just pure gold. Thanks for sharing your knowledge John! RIP

  As much as I cringe when people say they consider youtubers to be their friends.. John Meadows truly made me feel like we were friends, even if I just knew him from youtube,

  The end of the video had me crying like a baby!! I wish I could have met him! I am a pastor of a church and was over 380 pounds and decided I needed to get in better shape, so I started watching his videos and it made me want to push harder and learn more. I binged watched his video for several weeks learning as much as I could. Woke up one morning wanting to quit and give up because I wasn’t seeing any difference in my weight so I went and watched a few of his videos and listen to him talk about his stomach and a heart problem but yet he continued to work passed it and it drove me to get back up and work harder! I ordered one of his shirts one morning and then went to watch one of his videos to see a video about him leaving this world and I found myself crying and heartbroken for a man and his family I never met! As I watch this video getting ready to hit the gym this morning I’m wearing that shirt I purchased off his site and had his family on my heart, I pray his family is doing good! GOD Bless and thanks for the video.

  I was just thinking today about all the channels that leave self promoting comments on his channel. I shake my head at the people who don’t see that he was a legend that is deserving of the respect to not do so.<br><br>Thanks for the tribute Juji. You’re a chad and I hope you surpass Kyriakos one day

  I&apos;ve said it on a few of John&apos;s videos and I&apos;ll say it here too;<br><br>I&apos;ve never missed someone that I&apos;ve never met as much as I do him. It&apos;s the strangest feeling and I feel almost like I&apos;m not worthy of feeling this amount of loss, because I never even stood in the same room as him. But with every video, there was a connection to the viewer that was like no other.<br><br>RIP John. Life is not as good without you.
