Like I said about Palatka, St. Augustine is not in the ''hurricane alley'' like SW FL gulf. I predict you will see St. Augustine as a growing option for current SW FL residents, like me, to move to, instead of out of state. St. Augustine Beach is beautiful anytime of year.

Hi Thomas! We are thinking about a move to St. Augustine and have been watching your videos to get information. I would love to see you expand your videos to show more specifics instead of the tired "pros & cons of St. Augustine" videos (I get it... there's traffic). Show specific neighborhoods (actual video - not stock photos), homes for sale (esp. new construction models) with prices. Show the area around specific neighborhoods (shopping, dining, schools, hospitals, cancer centers, tourist locations, and large companies, etc.) Show the drive from specific neighborhoods to the beach and downtown St. Augustine. I need more specifics! Thanks!

My wife and I just spent 5 days in St.Augustine for a few reasons,one to see Nights of Lights and to see some homes and to see what it’s like in peak tourist and snowbird season. <br>We love St. Augustine but we realized that we don’t want to live there because of the crowds and traffic was unbearable at times, we came to the conclusion that we would prefer Palm Coast over St. Augustine.

I’m in Tampa and we get cold weather as well and we got to the 30s so I totally disagree with you on how you guys get cold . We do as well on this side ❤

The state and county didn’t scale roads, bridges, drainage, or schools at the same speed.<br>Tens of thousands of new residents<br>Thousands of new homes<br>Same old two bridges<br>Same old two-lane choke points<br>Same old drainage systems that flood after a heavy rain<br>Growth outpaced infrastructure by years, maybe a decade. Real estate industry and state/federal government raked in the bucks. And you all knew exactly what you were doing. Florida’s strategy: build cheap, patch later<br>Florida tends to:<br>Approve development fast<br>Delay major road expansions<br>Use “band‑aid” fixes instead of long-term upgrades<br>Push costs onto counties instead of the state.... You all created this mess, swamp.
