This video is a representation of what playing eve consistently feels like, not enough damage... what jankos said in the beginning was true, if u dont get early kills on eve, she sucks, but the point is: eve is not meant to get kills early, she doesnt have the kit or damage for that. I feel like I have to do more than my champion should to get ahead and still struggle to kill an adc.

Unfortunately eve isnt in a position to be able to take a defensive or utility item second. Either rabi or shadowflame needs to be second, maybe sub for stormsurge, but defensive needs to be 3rd or 4th in order to output enough damage to 100 -> 0 someone

NGL a good buff for Evelynn would be a bigger auto-attack range, pretty much every fighter has 175 or more AA range and it helps the clearing a lot
