  Great information, Anthony! I feel like I&apos;m minoring in acoustics when I learn from you.<br><br>Been staying on this channel for a while to educate myself on my acoustic paneling system I&apos;m building and it&apos;s great to know that the right blend of absorption and scattering is most crucial.   Between this video and the last on absorbers, I feel that this is in some ways trying to replicate a forest. &nbsp;Funny how we are always trying to get back to nature.

  Great talk!!! Just saved me from poor placement of a QRD on the back wall and gave the answer on where to put the rear channel speakers relative to the diffusers! Thanks!

  I fortunately read and own a bunch of books. I had the brilliant idea to pitch a little more cohesive corner den at the living room with the library beside it so it looks nice. Negotiation went through and managed to place a library with books about 8&quot; Deep with the books, different heights in shelving and it sort of looks like a quadratic diffuser but vertical instead of horizontal. It sits at about 15 Feet from the speakers at the back wall. It did wonders. It made the sound more natural, and the reverberance more pleasant. The best I have done around is always room treatment. Always. Thick artsy absorption panels, thick rugs, and artsy diffusion can turn your living room in a brilliant sounding place.

  This video has a ton of useful info in it. Thanks to Anthony Grimani and Don Dunn for sharing with us! I&apos;ve been implementing GIK and DIY acoustic panels over the past few years. It has made a huge impact to the overall sound in a good way. Tighter base, smoother highs, better separation, larger soundstage.
